Purchases, Exchanges and Refund Policies
Circle of Champions Seminars ®
- Payments – Payments for goods and services purchased at Circle of Champions events or online may be made by check, cash or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. Personal or business checks require drivers license or a valid state ID.

- Exchanges – Defective audio products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please state defect or reason for exchange. Our limit of liability will cover manufacturer defects only. We cannot be responsible for customer neglect or damage.

- Refunds – Unused audio or video products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. “At seminar specials” and steeply reduced product and service offers made at COC live events are non-refundable after 7 days of purchase. Merchandise purchased by check requires a 10-day waiting period for check to clear before refund. The original receipt must accompany all returns. Coaching and consulting services require advance deposit to set confirm appointment. All refund requests of COC coaching or consulting services must be made within 14 days of payment for services.

- Membership Refund and Cancellation Policy – Membership cancellation or refund request may be made within 3 days of purchase without penalty or obligation. Refund request made after 7 days may be subject to a 20% service or restocking fee. No refunds are granted after 14 days. Credit for purchases may be applied to other COC memberships, products and programs. COCU recurring monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. Initial payments and monthly payments (while having access to COCU content) are non-refundable.
Circle of Champions Memberships are based on 1-5 year programs. Maximum benefits received through our membership programs are based on seminars and courses provided through Circle of Champions Seminars® and individual initiative and member participation in courses provided. Individual benefits and results received may vary.
Memberships may be extended at the discretion of Circle of Champions Seminars to accommodate travel or conflicting schedules that prohibit members from attending specific courses and events.
- Membership Termination
Circle of Champions reserves the right to terminate memberships that fail to comply with our company standard code of ethics contained in our membership program package. All memberships are non-transferable.

This past week I had the honor of sitting under the mentorship of a master trainer, Bob Yates and his Circle of Champions. For three days Bob presented his seminar “Speak Your Way to Mega Success Boot Camp.” The most interesting part was that I didn’t just sit, listen and take notes, I had to actually put into action what Bob was teaching.
Having a 33 year background in teaching I have been exposed to many of the greatest techniques in teaching/training. In my opinion, Bob’s approach is among the best. Too often in the business world when you go to a seminar you go with the expectation of sitting through hours of note taking information. The approach is boring and laborious to maintain your attention. Bob was very refreshing. He knows what he has been through to learn and has turned the focus on the learner rather than the presenter. His activity oriented/hands-on seminar allows the participants to walk away knowing that they can apply what they have learned because they actually have the opportunity to practice in the seminar setting.
His step by step approach allows you to know that you are mastering the process as you go along. You actually leave the seminar with a sense of assurance that you can do it. Why? Because you have actually been placed in the situation of “doing it” at the seminar. Everyone had the opportunity to first work with a small group and then get in front of the total group and make a final presentation.
